Reopener role

Users with the Reopener permission administrator role have the option to allow worklog recording for any user in a closed time interval or for a closed task disregarding the general rules.

If for some reason the user did not record their work during the allowed period, it is possible to enable retroactive recording for that user. The permit is valid from the opening date untill the date of expiry of the permit, ie the recording can be performed on these days.

User: in this user search box, the Reopener can select a user to allow logging

Reopen period start date: specify the date the selected user has the opportunity to start recording working hours in the past.

Close date of permission: specify the date until the selected user has the opportunity to record working hours in the past.

Expiry date of permission: specify the date until a user has the permission to log work retroactively in the future.

The reopening permission - that has been creadet by the user - can not be edited afterwards.

If the user wants to revoke the permission, it is possible to archive it manually by clicking the icon displayed in the Archive column (at the end of the line). When the permission date expire, the created permission will be archived automatically.

To view previously created reopening permissions, click Show archived reopens check box.
