View and Edit worklogs

Calendar View

By opening the KRONOS menu item in the header and selecting the Calendar option, users can open a calendar view where their worklogs of the current week displayed. In the calendar view, the days are divided into 15-minute time units by default.

With the arrows in the calendar header users can change which week they want to view.

The ∑ hours field at the top right of the screen shows the total number of hours recorded by the user in the current week.

Worklog cards display the issue key and Summary field on which the work was recorded, as well as the duration of the work and the recorded activity in the lower left corner.

Users can edit their existing worklogs in the Calendar view. By clicking on the worklog cards the edit screen opend and the user can modify every parameters of his worklog.

In the day header of the calendar view, the status of the day is indicated by colored labels.

Issue View

Every worklog recorded by a user displayed in the My logged worklogs section on the issue view screen. The worklogs orderd by the worklg dates. The recorded travel time displayed as a separate worklogs before and after the worklog, so they can be edited separately in the allowed time period.

Recorded worklogs can be edited or deleted within the allowed time interval. After the worklogs are created users can edit them by clicking the icon at the end of the worklog items in the My Worklogs interface and selecting Edit or Delete.
