The KRONOS application has a built-in report function. Users with Reporter and Exporter permission have the ability to generate worklog reports based on custom settings or saved templates.

By selecting the Report option from the KRONOS menu in the header, the following report options screen appears.

 

 

Users with KRONOS Reporter and KRONOS Exporter permission can access the Report page. In KRONOS the following built-in reports are available:

  • User report: shows the working hours of a selected user

  • Team report: shows the working hours of a selected team

  • Custom report: provide the creation of an individually configurable report

  • Report scheduler: provides automatic report generation based on a report template
