Team report can only be generated by users with Team Leader permission.

After selecting the team in the upper left corner of the screen, a report in mothly view is displayed.

If the Reporter has an Export perimission, the Export button in the upper right corner is active, allowing the user to export the data displayed.

The Teams drop-down list displays the teams of the TeamLeader user.

KRONOS draws attention to the following things in the displayed table:

  • Red background: no activity was recorded for a given day

  • Yellow background: on a given day, a given user recorded ONLY ONE activity

The columns of the exported XLS or XLSX table show the following properties of the worklogs:

  • worklog creator (the user)

  • date (of worklog)

  • day (of the worklog)

  • duration (of work)

  • day type

  • missing worklog
