Permissions

Permission settings of KRONOS can be defined in the Jira Administration interface under Global Permissions in the System menu.

In the Permission field at the bottom of the page, select the permission, and then in the Group drop-down box select the group whose members you want to grant the selected permission to.

With KRONOS application you can assign Jira or AD groups to the following global permissions:

Permission	Description
KRONOS Bizadmin	Responsible for managing work locations, activity categories and activities also administering the Worday schemes.
KRONOS Sysadmin	With this permission users can define the global restriction of creating worklogs, team and activity category permission administration.
KRONOS Reopener	A user with this permission can allow specific users to log work in a closed period or on a closed issue. An expiry date can be also set this reopened period.
KRONOS Reporter	Authorized to generate worklog reports.
KRONOS TeamLeader	Authorized to view team members worklogs in the Calendar view.
KRONOS Exporter	Authorized to generate and export worklog reports in xls or xlsx format. To be able to export reports the user has to have the Reporter permission.
