Simplified Password View

In the simplified password view on the right side, you can see the secrets you have permission to access. In this section, you can:

  • Search for target systems.

  • View or copy the associated passwords.

  • Open login interfaces by clicking on the target system links.

  • View account details.

  • Add new passwords to the system.

Recently Used Credentials

In this field, you can quickly view details of the accounts you’ve recently used.

Quick Password Saving

In the Simplified View, a quick password-saving card is also available. Clicking on it will take the user to Full Control Mode, where they can save passwords in just a few steps through a simple next-next-finish process and even share them with other users instantly.

Other Features

The Manage Passwords button also redirects the user to Full Control Mode. You can learn more about its features in the User's Guide section under PassMan UI - Full Control Mode.
