‘No registration found’ notification in top left corner
This happens after your app has been added to your instance, but if you skip the ‘Get Started’ option and open the PassMan app without completing the setup process.
To solve this problem, follow the steps in the Getting Started section to set up PassMan accordingly.
The Simplified Password View is not displaying credentials, even though the browser extension shows a green status.
Click the button to refresh the app (or reopen the app).
The Simplified Password View is not displaying credentials, the browser extension shows a red status.
Click the PassMan browser extension, select Options. Make sure that the link to your PassMan is correctly entered in the URL field.
The Simplified Password View is displaying a login page, even though the browser extension shows a green status.
Click the button to refresh the app (or reopen the app).
