Features in Jira
This section explains the functionality of PassMan's Jira-specific features and how to use them properly.
Use credentials in simplified password view
In the simplified password view on the right side, you can see the secrets you have permission to access. In this section, you can:
Search for target systems.
View or copy the associated passwords.
Open login interfaces by clicking on the target system links.
View account details.
Add new passwords to the system.
Recently used accounts
In this field, you can quickly view details of the accounts you’ve recently used.
3. Use secure login links
Normal users will only see a link to access the <website or host name> and the associated <username>.
Clicking on the link will automatically log the authorized user into the website or target system.
Access to the provided link is contingent upon proper authorization.
Confidential data stored in PassMan can only be accessed by users (Jira user) or groups (Jira group) with appropriate permissions.
Users without access rights will receive an error message indicating their inability to access the data.
4. Insert secure login links

Open end start editing a Jira ticket and navigate to it’s comment or description field.

Afterwards, a window will pop up. Click on the Find passwords manually option.
