Performance Tips

In general we do NOT recommend creating filters that contain more than 5000 issues or more than 12 columns.

(The exact amount depends on your hardware and software configuration!)

For your data to be up to date Issue Navigator Plus might reload after you have edited a field. These (usually) are very short reloads, but obviously, this depends on the number of your issues, software and hardware configuration, Jira version and number of users working at the same time.

We recommend you to use the latest version of Issue Navigator Plus. When a new version comes out, please update your existing software. Being up to date usually resolves most of the existing bugs and performance issues since - most of the time - that is the purpose of a later version.
