Before you begin
You must have the Site administrator role before you can carry out the instructions on this page.
(Please make sure you read our Browser Restrictions before choosing to uninstall ImpEx Cloud because of bugs!)
Uninstall ImpEx
Log in as a user with the Site administrator (https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloudkb/adding-new-products-or-add-ons-to-existing-atlassian-cloud-instance-710837189.html).
Click the Apps drop-down and choose Manager your apps.
- Find ImpEx in a list of your installed apps and expand it with the little arrow icon before the add-on's name.
- Choose the Uninstall button to remove it.
