Before you begin

You must have the Site administrator role before you can carry out the instructions on this page.

Installing ImpEx Cloud

To install ImpEx Cloud, take the following steps:

  1. Log in as a user with the Site administrator (https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloudkb/adding-new-products-or-add-ons-to-existing-atlassian-cloud-instance-710837189.html).

  2. Click the Apps drop-down and choose Explore more apps.

  3. Click in the Search for apps search box and locate ImpEx.

  4. Click Buy now to purchase a license for ImpEx.
    You're prompted to log into your MyAtlassian account. ImpEx begins to download.

  5. Enter your information and click Generate license when redirected to MyAtlassian.

  6. Click on Apply license.
