The Reporter - on the interface of “opened riports” – can create freely configurable reports by choosing the „custom report” option. After choosing this, a "Nothing to display."  label will appear in the report display area, and after clicking the “New Report” button, you can enter the report parameters.

Important: the „Export” and „Edit Report” buttons are only active after a report has been displayed!

The parameters of custom report can be set on the „Create Report” pop-up screen. Reporters can specify filter criteria, grouping options, columns display and archive elements. After the custom report is created, there are three option to handle the received data:

  • display report on the screen

  • export data into XLS or XLSX

  • save the report as a template

By choosing the Custom report option the user can define what parameters of worklogs he want to generate the report.
