JExcel provides you an Excel-like UI with in-place issue edit
In-line Issue Edit:
You can edit any cell that you can edit in JIRA - just like in Excel.
JExcel supports filtering methods like:

What is Fast filtering?
A brand new and extremely fast data filtering method. Hold Alt and click left mouse button in a cell to easily filter by its data.
