Installing Copy Quick Filters via Atlassian Marketplace

  1. Log in as a user with the JIRA Administrators global permission.

  2. Click the admin drop-down and choose Add-ons and the Find new apps screen loads.
    Tip: Use its Keyboard Shortcut instead: g then g and start typing manage... .

  3. Use the Search the Marketplace search box to find Copy Quick Filters.
    The appropriate add-on version appears in the search results.

  4. Click Buy now to purchase a license for Copy Quick Filters.
    You're prompted to log into your MyAtlassian account. Copy Quick Filters begins to download.

  5. Enter your information and click Generate license when redirected to MyAtlassian.

Updating Copy Quick Filters

Free update is available for users with a valid Copy Quick Filters license.

To update Copy Quick Filters, take the following steps:

  1. Log in as a user with the JIRA Administrators global permission.

  2. Click the admin drop-down and choose Add-ons and then Manage apps from the left sidebar.

  3. Find Copy Quick Filters in a list of your installed add-ons and click the Update button that is displayed if an update is available.

You can select Action required option on the Manage apps page to get a list of all available updates at your instance.

Disabling or Uninstalling EPC

  1. Log in as a user with the JIRA Administrators global permission.

  2. Click the admin drop-down and choose Add-ons and then Manage apps from the left sidebar.

  3. Find Copy Quick Filters in a list of your installed add-ons and expand it with the little arrow icon before the add-on's name.

  4. Choose the Disable action button to disable the plug-in or hit the Uninstall button to remove it from your instance.
