Before you begin
You must have the JIRA System Administrators global permission before you can carry out the instructions on this page.
You must have the JIRA Core or JIRA Software installed on your system.
We always support the latest JIRA version and also earlier versions.
Please note that if you already have JExcel Free installed then it should not be removed if you want to use JExcel PRO.
Browser restrictions
Currently we only test JExcel thoroughly with Chrome latest and Firefox latest on Windows 7 and 8.1.
JExcel may work properly on other browsers and operating systems as well, but we can not guarantee that.
Please let us know if you need support on other browsers and we can talk about it.
Disabling JExcel PRO
Log in as a user with the JIRA Administrators global permission.
Choose the
icon at top right of the screen, then choose add-ons, select Manage add-ons (left tabs).
Tip: Use its Keyboard Shortcut instead: g then g and start typing manage... .
Expand JExcel PRO in the User-installed Add-ons.
Click the Disable button.
Uninstalling JExcel PRO
Log in as a user with the JIRA Administrators global permission.
Choose the
icon at top right of the screen, then choose add-ons, select Manage add-ons (left tabs).
Tip: Use Keyboard Shortcut instead: g then g and start typing manage... .
Expand JExcel PRO in the User-installed Add-ons.
Click the Uninstall button.
