Before you begin
You must have the JIRA System Administrators global permission before you can carry out the instructions on this page.
You must have JIRA Agile plugin installed on your JIRA instance.
We always support the latest JIRA Agile and the JIRA versions supported by it.

Currently we support only IE11 and Chrome latest on Windows 7 and 8.1. Plangle may work on other browsers and operation system as well, but we did not test them thoroughly. Please let us know if you need support on other browsers, we can talk about that. |

Installing Plange
To install Plange, take the following steps:
- Log in as a user with the JIRA Administrators global permission.
- Click the admin drop-down and choose Atlassian Marketplace and the Manage add-ons screen loads.
Tip: Use Keyboard Shortcut instead: g then g and start typing manage... . - Click Find new add-ons from the left-hand side of the page and locate Plange via search.
The appropriate add-on version appears in the search results. - Click Try free to begin a new trial or Buy now to purchase a license for Plange.
You're prompted to log into MyAtlassian. Plange begins to download. - Enter your information and click Generate license when redirected to MyAtlassian.
- Click Apply license.
If you're using an older version of UPM, you can copy and paste the license into your JIRA instance.
Upgrading Plange
Free upgrade is available for users with a valid Plange license.
