Before you begin

You must have the JIRA System Administrators global permission before you can carry out the instructions on this page.

You must have the JIRA Core or JIRA Software installed on your system.

We always support the latest JIRA version and also earlier versions.

Browser restrictions

Currently we only test JExcel thoroughly with Chrome latest and Firefox latest on Windows 7 and 8.1.

JExcel may work properly on other browsers and operating systems as well, but we can not guarantee that.

Please let us know if you need support on other browsers and we can talk about it.



 

Disabling JExcel

 
  1. Log in as a user with the JIRA Administrators global permission.

  2. Choose the icon at top right of the screen, then choose add-ons, select Manage add-ons (left tabs).

  3. Expand JExcel in the User-installed Add-ons.

  4. Click the Disable button.




Uninstalling JExcel

 
  1. Log in as a user with the JIRA Administrators global permission.

  2. Choose the icon at top right of the screen, then choose add-ons, select Manage add-ons (left tabs).

  3. Expand JExcel in the User-installed Add-ons.

  4. Click the Uninstall button.
