There are many ways you can give feedback about JExcel:

  • write an email to support@moresimp.com

  • open a ticket on MORESIMP Help Center

  • Open the Jexcel PRO drop down from the main menubar

    • click on the Quick Feedback option to open your email client with a pre-defined mail

    • click on the Feature request option to open MORESIMP Help Center

    • click on the Bug report option to open our MORESIMP Help Center 

 

 

About MORESIMP Help Center:

If you go clcik on the Feature request or Bug report, you will be taken to the MORESIMP Help Center where you can:

  • ask hosting related questions and problems 

  • request a new feature 

  • report us a bug 

  • get assistance for general IT problems and questions like installation, setup or usage 

  • ask our sales team 

To do any above, you need to need to create an account to MORESIMP
