You can export your issues with the comments, images and attachments to Excel or HTML.

How to do that?

Just click on the the icon  (1) and select the option Export (2).

 


After this, you will see a dialog from where you can select whether you want to

  • export to XLS or HTML (1)
  • export the whole workbook or only the filtered data (2)
  • have an extra column for full user names (3)
  • include attachments, images or comments.in the export (4)
  • display the comments in the grid or in a sperate file (5)
    • please not that the more you attach, the more likely it is to make the loading process longer

 

After choosing the right parameters, just click on the button Export (6).

 

 


After clicking on the export you will see a new dialog where the file gets ready to download (1).

When it is ready, just click on download (2).

 

 


After hitting on download, you will get a ZIP File (1).

 

 

After opening the ZIP, you have to extract it to use it.

To extract the ZIP click on the screen with the right button (1) and select "Extract all" from the dialog (2).

 

 

After selecting "Extract all", you will have to select the folder you want to extract the files in (1) and press on the button "Extract" (2).

 

 

After extracting you will see three things:

  • a folder for comments (1)
    • that contains the comments in folders for each issue
  • a folder for images (2)
    • that contains the images in folders for each issue

  • an xls file (3)
  • a txt file (4)
    • that provides a short description about the export

 

 

The xls file contains your exported issues with clickable links (1) to the comments/images (2).
