You can freeze pin columns like you would do in Excel:
- open the column settings of the column you want to freeze with the
iconpin
- and select Freeze first column(s) option
- Pin Column option then choose Pin Left or Pin Right
To unpin columns choose the option Unfreeze columns No Pin from the column settings
