Before you begin

You must have the JIRA System Administrators global permission before you can carry out the instructions on this page.

You must have the JIRA Core or JIRA Software installed on your system.

We always support the latest JIRA version and also earlier versions.

(Please make sure you read our Browser Restrictions before choosing to uninstall ImpEx because of bugs!)


Disabling or Uninstalling ImpEx

  1. Log in as a user with the JIRA Administrators global permission.

  2. Choose the Image Removedicon at top right of the screen, then choose add-ons, select Manage add-ons (left tabs).

  3. Expand ImpEx in the User-installed Add-ons.

  4. Click the Disable button.

Uninstalling JExcel PRO

  1. Log in as a user with the JIRA Administrators global permission.

  2. Choose the Image Removedicon at top right of the screen, then choose add-ons, select Manage add-ons (left tabs).

  3. Expand ImpEx in the User-installed Add-ons.

  4. Click the Uninstall buttonClick the admin drop-down and choose Add-ons and then Manage apps from the left sidebar.

  5. Find ImpEx in a list of your installed add-ons and expand it with the little arrow icon before the add-on's name.

  6. Choose the Disable action button to disable the plug-in or hit the Uninstall button to remove it from your instance.
