Save your first password
1. Quick password saving (non sharable)
Navigate to the Dashboard from the top menu, then select the Quick Password Saving card in the Tips section
The pop-up window will first ask what type of password you need to save: shareable or non-shareable. → Select Just me (private) option → click Next
Paste the login URL of the web target for which you want to save an account (username/password) into the appropriate field. → click Next

Ensure the format includes the full login URL, not just the base URL. For example, provide the complete login link like https://mycompany.com/login |
Fill out the credentials such as Username, Password, than click Save.
This is a simplified method for saving passwords, specifically available for web targets. Of course, advanced settings are also available, allowing you to save passwords and SSH keys for Windows, Linux, MacOS, Solaris, and Cisco IOS targets. To do this → Click on the Create target button located above the menu bar.
2. Quick password saving (sharable)
Now select My colleagues too (shared) option at the first popup
Choose Vault folder or create a new one e.g. 'Marketing'
Paste the login URL of the web target for which you want to save an account (username/password) into the appropriate field → click Next Ensure the format includes the full login URL, not just the base URL. For example, provide the complete login link like https://mycompany.com/login Info
Fill out the credentials such as Username, Password → click Next
If you need to share the password now, slect Share password now option → click Next
From the dropdown menu, select your Jira Instance (tenant) option instead of 'Local' (as shown in the picture) → click Next
Share with a user, a group or make it available for everyone → click Next
Define the permissions for the user with whom you are sharing the password:
Only view and login
Modify and view
Than click Save.
