Browser restrictions

Currently we only test JExcel thoroughly with Chrome latest and Firefox latest on Windows 7 and 8.1.

Disabling JExcel Free

Log in as a user with the JIRA Administrators global permission.
Choose the icon at top right of the screen, then choose add-ons, select Manage add-ons (left tabs).
Tip: Use its Keyboard Shortcut instead: g then g and start typing manage... .
Expand JExcel in the User-installed Add-ons.
Click the Disable button.

Uninstalling JExcel Free

Log in as a user with the JIRA Administrators global permission.
Choose the icon at top right of the screen, then choose add-ons, select Manage add-ons (left tabs).

Expand JExcel in the User-installed Add-ons.
Click the Uninstall button.
